I waive Much Ado About Theatre and their teachers of liability for any injury that occurs while my child is in class.

I understand the classes run for 12 weeks, starting September 21st, 2026.

I understand that there will be limited make up classes available. I also understand that it will be my responsibility to attend any of the scheduled make up classes available and no refund will be given for any missed classes.

I understand that in cases of illness, we are asked to not attend class in order to keep everyone healthy and safe, including myself and my student.
